Outstanding Projects:

Nanyang Junior College

There are so many opinions about China that it is difficult to separate the fact from the fiction. To understand China, you really have to see it for yourself. Even if its for just a short period of time, it is far better than just reading about it.

In addition to just seeing the sites, which wouldn't reveal that much about what the locals actually have to face, students were challenged in a programme by TLE in the areas of Economics & Enterprise. They visited with entrepreneurs, government agencies, and conducted surveys in the streets to get a better taste of living in Shanghai & Suzhou.

In the process they learned much about their own strengths and areas of weakness that they had to work on.

An oustanding group of students, they put together solid business plans to showcase at the end of the trip. Many identified key areas of opportunity that experts in the field have similarly identified, proving their entrepreneurial abilities.
